Our superb bastide

Mas Les Eydins is first and foremost a charming 19th-century country house nestled at the base of the Petit Luberon in Bonnieux. Situated on a hillside, the village overlooks the valley at an altitude of 425 metres and offers an iconic view of Provence.

Surrounding the renovated old farmhouse is a vast, peaceful and preserved garden, where olive trees, rosemary and lavender grow side by side. A natural setting perfect for relaxation, silence and contemplation.

A rare and authentic place, Mas Les Eydins cultivates respect for its land, its traditions and its seasons. Here, everything invites you to reconnect with yourself, to well-being and to the pleasure of sincere cuisine, rooted in the terroir.

Our guest house in the heart of nature is a gentle response to the desire to escape and return to the essentials, a way of life that respects the environment and is deeply inspired by the Luberon.

In winter, we gather around the fireplace in the house to chat about our day's discoveries, or we enjoy the patio and the balmy Provençal summer evenings.

Alexandra nous accueille avec une extrême gentillesse. On sent l'aboutissement du projet familial d'une vie. Le couple s'est investi dans ce concept innovant, des oliviers pour l'huile d'olive maison, des lavandes pour fabriquer de l'extrait...du naturel et du local gage de qualité. Le domaine est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Une cuisine exceptionnelle à la réputation des 3étoiles de Christophe Bacquié au Castellet, avec la chance d'être servis par le Chef en personne, sa brigade et son épouse. Le Chef nous explique ses plats, sa volonté de cuisiner des produits locaux, ses petites astuces. Toujours un mot gentil, une attention particulière. Tout est parfait, à faire et à refaire

L'endroit est aux antipodes de l'ancien établissement (la table du Castellet) où officiait le chef mais quel plaisir de le voir évoluer dans ce nouvel écrin, se baladant de table en table avec son épouse, ne boudant pas son plaisir d'être en totale harmonie avec le nouveau concept de son établissement en tant que propriétaire des lieux. Le lieu se veut convivial en ne perdant pas de vue la qualité toujours constante des préparations avec des plats signatures savoureux comme l’aïoli moderne revisitée ou d'autres mets tout aussi goûteux. Une cave des vins très bien achalandée avec des belles découvertes également. Un dîner qui restera gravé dans les mémoires.

Magnifique expérience, parfaite sur toute la ligne ! Délicieux dans l’assiette, avec un équilibre très assumé entre la haute gastronomie et la convivialité, très réussi ! Un voyage à la fois hors de tout et complètement ancré dans la terre du Luberon et de la Provence !

La perfection tout en restant simple. Accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le mas des eydins est plein de surprise, au fil de votre balade vous découvrez une terrasse, la piscine, le terrain de pétanque, des lavandes.. Un sentiment de bien être vous envahira de suite, un peu comme à la maison. La table, un moment divin ! Je vous en dis pas plus je vous laisse découvrir ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Un moment hors du temps nous reviendrons. Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe du Mas des Eydins.
